Founded in 1899, A.M. Best Company® is a full-service credit rating organization dedicated to serving the insurance industry. Contract owners refer to Best’s ratings and analysis as a means of assessing the financial strength and creditworthiness of risk-bearing entities and investment vehicles.

The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI)
The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) represents more than 300 member companies operating in the United States and abroad. These member companies represent more than 90% of the assets and premiums in the industry.

Indexed Annuity Leadership Council (IALC)
Indexed Annuity Leadership Council (IALC) formed in 2011 with a commitment to provide complete and factual information about the use of indexed annuities as a part of any balanced financial plan. IALC educates consumers, the media, regulators and insurance professionals about the benefits of fixed indexed annuities.

National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA)
NAFA, the National Association for Fixed Annuities, is exclusively dedicated to promoting the awareness and understanding of fixed income and deferred annuities through the education of policymakers, journalists, consumers and the industry about the benefits of fixed annuities. NAFA is your dedicated expert, advocate and educator in the industry. 

National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC)
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is the U.S. standard-setting and regulatory support organization created and governed by the chief insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories. Through the NAIC, state insurance regulators establish standards and best practices, conduct peer reviews and coordinate their regulatory oversight. NAIC members together, with the central resources of the NAIC, form the national system of state-based insurance regulation in the United States.
